Description:One of our clients is expanding its sales team and hiring a dedicated person to focus on Austin/San Antonio area. Ideally seeking a security-centric sales executive who appreciates being with a late-stage start up. The company is strongly backed by notable VCs ($120MM) and is positioning themselves for an 'event' in 2015. The company is effectively addressing a very relevant and real topic tackling advanced threat management by providing next generation endpoint/server security coupled with an innovative incident response solution. A solid technology offering that someone can truly get behind!
The company is aggressively growing and has expanded their global sales organization by 20+ people since beginning of the year! That said, culturally candidates need to be passionate, entrepreneurial, and growth oriented. There is some genuine pipeline but they haven't had a dedicated rep in the geo yet so tremendous potential for someone who likes building out a territory. Competitive pay, reasonable quota. OTE will be 240Kish but the high octane reps are already retiring annual quota and will be making 2x or more; equity also provided.
