The company is aggressively growing and has expanded their global sales organization by 20+ people since beginning of the year! That said, culturally candidates need to be passionate, entrepreneurial, and growth oriented. The sales engineer will be responsible for building technical credibility during the sales process and will need to have strong subject matter expertise with end point/server security, incident response, etc. Strong competency in security process/workflow (threat and vulnerability management) helpful as is an understanding of security policy, compliance, audit and forensics.
